Flexible Hours, Happy Work Life!

At STM, we believe that a happy work life stems from flexibility. In our flexible working hours model, employees who complete their monthly working hours are not required to fulfill an exact 8-hour workday. Our team members have the autonomy to manage their own working hours.

Working Hours and Flexible Shifts:

For our Ankara offices: 09:00 – 18:00 on weekdays

For our Istanbul and Gölcük offices: 08:00 – 17:00 on weekdays

Absences

In addition to the absences defined in accordance with the Labor Law, there are 54 hours of casual leave or Master/Doctorate leaves. We also provide a Birthday Leave, which employees can take either on their birthday or during the following week.
