Established in 1991 by the decision of the Defence Industry Executive Committee (SSİK), our company was founded to provide project management, systems engineering, technology transfer, and consultancy services to the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) of the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Armed Forces in high-technology domains vital for Türkiye’s national security.

By playing critical roles in Türkiye’s indigenous defence projects, we have continuously expanded our engineering and technological expertise through strategic investments. Today, we stand as a leading defence industry company operating in diverse fields such as naval platforms, tactical mini UAV systems, command, control and decision support systems, cybersecurity, and information technologies.

While prioritizing Türkiye’s defence industry needs, we also diversify our technology-driven operations to address the demands of both the public and private sectors.

With an R&D- and innovation-focused approach, we bring nationally developed systems to global markets, powered by a robust ecosystem, sustainable growth, and an export-oriented strategy.

From Türkiye’s first national frigate, TCG ISTANBUL, to the country’s first indigenous loitering munition UAV, KARGU; from the first export of a warship to Europe to NATO’s intelligence software, we have delivered numerous achievements that bring pride to our nation.

With a highly qualified workforce, the majority of whom are engineers, and more than ten facilities both in Türkiye and abroad, we continue to contribute to the technology-driven future and defence strength of Türkiye.
